Our Mission
Integrated Family Services is committed to meeting the individual needs of persons with long term psychiatric disabilities. We strive for excellence in outcomes and are committed to providing quality care and services by hiring experienced professionals who will assist clients in developing specific skills needed to function effectively within their home, school, and community.
Integrated Family Services is comprised of 2 programs currently available to families living in Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Bernard parishes. Our Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) program started in 2002 and is CARF accredited. This program focuses on individual treatment for youth from 6 to 18 years old. We also provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) since 2006, which is an intensive family and community based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in juvenile offenders 12 to 17 years old.
MHR ensures that families have the necessary support, information, and skills to cope, maintain family integrity, and enhance the likelihood that children who have serious emotional disturbances can successfully remain at home.
